With the advanced ERP system in our company, we can effectually resolve the products issues.

Currently, Earth Products China has the Hong Kong Headquarter Maintenance Center to provide technical support to customers. We also has 11 branches in Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenyang, Nanjing, Xi’an, Chengdu, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Fuzhou and Jinan. With the widespread after-sale service network in China, we provide a high standard technical support to our customers. We also set up Guangzhou Customer Service Center and Jinan Customer Service Center to improve our after-sales service. With more than 30 experienced after sales engineers in our after-sales service network, we strive our best to provide the most professional service to our customers.
