The universal testing machine Inspect table 20kN, designed for testing caster brackets, furniture components and various other materials (metal, plastic, wood, foamed plastic, textiles). The device consists of a 20kN load cell, a support plate for the caster bracket, a pressure plate and a bracket. The test space is quite large, and a very strong and highly transparent casing is enclosed in consideration of the precise tracking of the test procedure until the failure of the test piece. The standardized connection system allows easy exchange of different test tools for tensile, compression, shear and bending tests. Because the machine has a wide range of applications, it has good flexibility. It can test not only caster brackets, but also purchased parts such as screws (material and component tests, such as tensile strength….), foamed plastics (compression hardness, deformation…), plastics (tensile strength, extension… ) and upholstery fabrics.
